		<description>To lean up quickly I recommend my cardio schedule.  Take a brisk jog in the morning.  Don&#039;t overdo it.  Just jog until your legs get fairly tired and you&#039;re out of breath.  It&#039;ll take time to start running longer distances.

15-20 minutes of jump rope before lunch is great, and the strengthening of your tendons in your ankles will also improve your jogging distances.

Finally, some weight/resistance training in the late afternoon/evening.  Muscle burns calories better than anything else.

Don&#039;t try to spot reduce.  It doesn&#039;t work like that.  You&#039;ve got to lean up all over.  However, some work on the core is a huge plus, but don&#039;t just do crunches.  Do a search and find a variety of ab, side, and back exercises.
