How do you get rid of a belly? What exercise works and what should I eat?
I need to know what specific type of exercise and what specific type of meals or food I should eat. I weigh about 185 lbs. right now. I would like to be at 160-165 lbs minus the beer belly.
Crunches, crunches and more crunches. Do a regiment of sit ups ever day.;….start small and work up ….you’ll be surprised at the difference you’ll see…..and of course most important…………….SMALLER PORTIONS & WATCH WHAT YOU EAT.
Stop drinking beer….. Drink Tequila instead.

If it is a beer belly you can cut back on the beer. Cut back on your fat intake by reading labels and making good choices. Do ab crunches or Pilates.

Do you honestly not know what to eat?
Pizza, ice cream, pastries and potato chips for lunch, and burgers, fries and milkshakes for dinner.
I’m being facetious, but what do you think you should eat?
how does, chicken, fish, vegetables, egg whites sound? I.e. things that have nutrients, are low in calories and fat…..

To slim up your hips and stomach, do 5-minute intervals of jogging (start out at 5.5mph) and walking (4.0mph) on the treadmill for a total of 30mins, do 4 sets of 25 crunches a day (take em slow!), eat lots of fruits and veggies (not a lot of pasta unless you run alot), eat less steak and hamburgers and more fich and chicken, and try your hardest not to drink anything but water. Do a perfect job during the entire week (Sun-Fri) and reward yourself on Saturday with a favorite meal and a soda. Trust me! So this and you will be dropping weight and seeing some abs

do crunches..and just eat stuff like yougert and fruit..also if you like meat go to the deli at kroger or publix and ask them to cut you up some lemon crack chicken it taste great and it has barely any fat if any…and no sodas

Cardio and couning calories and eating healthy….or in my case hopefull healthy enough =P
I’m gonna start a certain cardio soon. First 2 weeks begin slowly. 3-5 days in a week of just speed walking or jogging. Then the last 2 weeks 3-4 days a week really test my body. First 5 minutes on treadmil walking at 3.0ish 6th minute up it to 4.0 7th minute up it to 5.5 8th minute up to 7.5 9th minute back down to 4.0 then the last minute about 3.5 then repeat 2 more times. Hopefully it works for me.
Men see a difference faster than women. Lucky asses….

People say crunches. They are not always good for your back though. Walking is also an excellent way to lose your belly. Also eat a high protein, high calcium diet. If you drink milk make it 2% or less. Don’t drink beer. If you do drink check out the calories. Don’t go overboard. Drink lots of water. Remember, small portions. Some people have health issues or take med.’s that make them gain weight. You don’t sound like one of them, though. Also, if you eat six small meals a day with a larger breakfast it is supposed to raise your metabolism. Eat as many veggies as you want. Fruits aren’t bad either. Though you do have to watch them because they have natural sugars. Bananas can actually make you gain weight if you eat to many. Try eating foods that aren’t greasy. Don’t drink sodas. I’ve never seen anyone lose weight drinking diet soda either. Possibly because they pig out. I don’t know. Any way I lost 20 lbs. Just by giving up sodas. Good luck. Remember what matters is if you’re happy with yourself. Oh yea, you should exercise 3 to 5 times a week. For at least 30 min.’s
