What Is The Optimal Time Between Sets For Muscle Growth?

Ok so the question is how long should you wait between sets? Should you try to spend only a few seconds between sets to fully work the muscle and increase the "burn", or should you wait longer until your muscles have fully recovered from the last set?

Which way is best to increase growth? Should you ever change the amount of time between sets over time, or stick to one, proven method?

Nice simple table here:

Do squats really help with muscle growth?

I heard squats really help your whole body. like they can increase bench press and all that stuff and they help with weight gain and muscle growth. is this true?

The barbell squat is a total body exercise. The weight is on your shoulders, crushing down on you. They work your hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, lower back, abs, calves and upper back most. Unless you’re not in very good shape, they won’t increase your bench press by much. However, if you can’t squat 315 for 3 sets of 5 reps, chain yourself to the squat rack until you can.

They help with muscle growth by hitting a lot of muscle. They’re probably the best overall exercise for gaining muscle and if your routine doesn’t include squats, it probably sucks. The only other exercise that rivals the squat in this area is deadlifts, although those are tough on your nervous system and it’s easy to overtrain with them.

To have AWESOME shoulders, start swimming. It will give you the shoulders that it would take 15 different weight machines to get. Does a nice job on the biceps, triceps, butt, legs……

Growth Hormone and Muscle Development?

Does growth hormone increase muscle development (make muscles bigger) when you work out with weights?

If so, how do you NATURALLY increase growth hormone?

your growth hormone is released during sleep.the other time is during strenuous exercise.hgh is synthetic and an expensive way to kill yourself.
