How much rest before next workout for muscle growth?
Hey there
How much rest do we need before next workout for that muscle group for maximum muscle growth?
Thanks!
I’d say a day. When talking about muscle growth you seriously need to let your muscle grow than working it all the time (I’m not saying that you do). By leaving your muscles plenty of time to rest you’ll make better gains.
If you’re a beginner then I’d recommend doing weights 3 times a week meaning you do it on alternate days. When one becomes more advanced (>1 year) your muscles are more conditioned for working out 4-5 times a week.
Maximizing Testosterone Naturally – Key To Muscle Growth

Plentiful levels of testosterone induces many health benefits including generally improved mood, reduced body fat, increased endurance, reduction of “bad” cholesterol levels, stronger sex drive, and greater muscle size and strength.
Testosterone and human growth hormone (HGH) sound pretty esoteric and knowing that they’re also called anabolic hormones doesn’t help a bit. Yet these hormones only reinforce what we can learn from a little experience and some common sense about building muscles and weight lifting exercises.
